Set in a commanding position with views over the valley, this characterful medieval-origin estate displays its typical Cévenol buildings across a substantial 55-hectare holding. The main residence offers 250 m² arranged over two levels, comprising two living spaces, a kitchen and four bedrooms, extending onto a south-facing terrace and conservatory.

The mas also accommodates two gîtes, each with two bedrooms, plus three guest bedrooms with shared lounge and dining room, providing sleeping capacity for up to 15 people. A former sheepfold (bergerie) converted into a reception hall can host more than 80 guests.
