In the rolling hills of Bas Quercy, thirty minutes north of Montauban and less than twenty minutes from Caussade, this 5-hectare organic goat farm is offered for takeover with installation support provided by the current owners.

The land, held as a single parcel, comprises clay-limestone soils in meadow and moorland, managed under organic certification for over fifteen years. The rolling terrain presents gentle to moderate slopes with north-east exposure. A spring mid-slope and a former hillside water retention pond of approximately 2,000 m² in the valley bottom complete the holding.

The sale includes a herd of 30 Alpine goats with young females of various ages, together with all cheese-making and direct-sales equipment: milk tank, four-station milking robot, cold room, refrigerated trailer. Planning permission has been granted for a 140 m² agricultural building comprising livestock housing and cheese-making facilities. Pending its construction, use of the current goat shed and cheese-making facility can be arranged.

Marketing is conducted through a weekly farmers' market and a local food cooperative (AMAP). The equivalent full-time workload is 1.5 FTE.
