Modern dairy farm, 120 ha with milking robots in Vendée

Located in south-east Vendée, on the border between open plain and bocage (traditional hedged farmland), this modern dairy farm comprises a complete set of functional farm buildings on a 6-hectare holding. The complex includes several recently built cattle sheds (1995–2018), a calf nursery, a slurry store with pit, and three storage barns erected between 1987 and 2012.

The farm extends over 120 hectares of useful agricultural land with clay-limestone soils, comprising 10 hectares of temporary grassland, 14 hectares of permanent pasture, and 30 hectares under irrigation thanks to comprehensive equipment (mobile irrigators and buried pipework). Two ponds with a combined capacity of 41,000 m³ provide additional water resources.

The dairy unit is equipped with two modern milking robots and benefits from an active anaerobic digestion contract allowing slurry export and digestate recovery. The rural commune offers a pleasant living environment with schools and local shops within 5 kilometres, situated 35 kilometres from La Roche-sur-Yon, 40 kilometres from the coast, and 100 kilometres from Nantes.
