Agricultural holding with modern buildings on 205 ha in Deux-Sèvres

In the north-east of Deux-Sèvres, approximately twelve kilometres north of Thouars, this substantial agricultural complex is organised across two separate sites, totalling around 205 hectares of productive agricultural land, of which 190 hectares are available to let. The land, predominantly arable and well-consolidated, is easily accessible by road and farm tracks.

The first site houses the principal livestock facilities: several cattle sheds for suckler cows totalling over 2,300 m² (capacity for 112 cows with calves and 42 feeding stations), fattening buildings for young cattle or heifers (approximately 1,190 m²), forage storage barns (1,500 m²), machinery store with workshop (300 m²), plus storage space for concentrates and cereals. All buildings, erected between 1979 and 2017, are in good structural condition with mixed timber and metal frames, concrete floors and functional equipment.

The second site, located approximately 800 metres away, comprises a former bergerie (sheepfold) converted to cattle housing (600 m²), a forage barn (500 m²) and a house requiring complete renovation. The ensemble forms a coherent production unit, particularly well-suited to suckler beef cattle farming and ideal for an agricultural enterprise.
