Certified organic poultry farm, 3000 m² in the Ardèche Cévennes

In the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes, this certified organic poultry farm extends across a former terraced chestnut grove of 3000 m², situated in a mountain zone. The complex comprises five timber-built structures, fully equipped for poultry rearing in accordance with organic farming standards.

The infrastructure consists of two laying-hen houses (capacity of 100 birds each), two buildings dedicated to meat poultry – chickens and guinea fowl – (capacity of 200 birds per unit), and a 20 m² technical building on stilts. Each structure is fitted with rainwater harvesting systems, and the livestock buildings benefit from outdoor terraced runs, ensuring optimal conditions for the animals.

The business has established sales channels: local markets, collective catering, farm shops and private customers. There is potential to optimise production volumes and processing. A transition period and support with handover can be arranged to facilitate the transfer of this operation.
