Operational dairy goat farm, 38 ha in the Lot

Located in the north of the Lot department, on the borders of Dordogne and Corrèze, this operational dairy goat farm offers a complete and fully functional working enterprise. The property comprises several agricultural buildings perfectly equipped for cheese production under Protected Designation of Origin status.

The infrastructure includes a first goat shed of 576 m² built in 2000, fitted with a milking parlour equipped with 24 automatic cluster removal stations. A second adjoining goat shed of 452 m², constructed in 2017, completes the setup. A rearing tunnel with lean-to and technical room of 173 m² rounds out the farm buildings.

The owned land extends over 38 hectares, relatively consolidated and accessible, comprising 14 hectares of arable land and pasture, 6 hectares of moorland and 17 hectares of woodland. Additional leasehold of 30 to 40 hectares can be arranged. The current herd numbers 200 goats of Saanen and Alpine breeds, with capacity for up to 300 head.
