In north-east Lot, close to the Dordogne border, this active agricultural holding extends over approximately 14 hectares of contiguous land. The property comprises complete and fully functional infrastructure for duck production and chestnut cultivation.

The poultry facilities include two hatcheries, two force-feeding rooms and four independent rearing tunnels with a total capacity of 8,000 ducks.
