Located south of the Loire, close to Nantes, this dairy farm offers a high-performing and well-structured production unit. The complex comprises stone farm buildings with renovated façades, featuring modern and functional installations distributed across several structures.

The infrastructure includes a free-stall cubicle barn with straw bedding of 900 m² with 63 places, a heifer housing unit of 510 m², a forage store of 338 m², a calf rearing unit of 160 m² and a milking parlour equipped with a 2x6 single-level milking room.
