Operating AOP Reblochon dairy and cheese farm in Haute-Savoie

In the Annecy basin, within the AOP Reblochon appellation zone, this active mountain farm offers a complete set of facilities dedicated to dairy and cheese production. The site comprises a tied stall barn equipped with 30 cow places on mattresses, a cheese-making room, a drying room, a washing facility and a hay storage barn with space for agricultural machinery.

The farm owns 27 ares of land outright and benefits from 47 hectares of useful agricultural land under lease. The farm produces 250,000 to 280,000 litres of milk annually with complete forage self-sufficiency.
