Traditional Bresse farmhouse in rammed earth, 180 m², 45 ha in Ain

Traditional agricultural complex in the Bresse region, built in pisé (rammed earth), located approximately twenty minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and in close proximity to an active market town. The main farmhouse extends to 180 m² spread over two levels and requires complete renovation. It comprises a living room with kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom and five bedrooms. Heating is provided by a wood-burning boiler and mains drainage is connected.

The farm buildings include numerous adjoining agricultural outbuildings: three barns and two traditional cattle sheds. A modern livestock building of 660 m² constructed in 2007 houses a free-stall system on straw with slatted feeding area, a milking parlour equipped with eight stations, a calf housing unit and a feed corridor silo.

The land totals 45 hectares grouped within a one-kilometre radius, of which 17 hectares are owned outright including a small wood. The land is divided between 13 hectares of arable crops and the remainder in pasture. The farm currently produces 220,000 litres of milk annually, with the possibility of taking over the herd and equipment.
