Timber-framed equestrian centre, 34 hectares in Normandy

Close to Deauville and the major equestrian facilities of Normandy, this comprehensive training centre extends over more than 34 hectares of managed pastureland. The ensemble, functional and recently designed, comprises a timber-framed (colombage) dwelling house with slate roof, offering an open-plan living area with kitchen, scullery, three bedrooms and bathrooms. Two additional residential units are arranged above the stables.

The equestrian installations include a central stable block of 24 boxes equipped with wash-down facilities, treatment rooms, tack room, feed store, workshop and office. The site also features a six-horse walker, a round pen, a covered hay barn with muck store, and 35 paddocks with shelters. An 800-metre oval track and two straight lines of one kilometre, one of which is grass, complete the facilities.

The consolidated landholding is entirely developed as paddocks with water points and served by stabilised access roads. Fencing and infrastructure are in excellent condition. This centre allows immediate operation for training trotters and can be adapted for other equestrian disciplines.
